When purchasing your custom items, please double check your information before submitting it. This will help us process your order quickly and efficiently. We reserve the right to make small changes in order to be more aesthetically pleasing based on the sign size chosen.

When requested, we're happy to provide mockups of your custom sign, however, please note only 3 design changes are included in your purchase. Mockups will be sent within 48-72 hours upon purchase, so make sure to 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐄𝐭𝐬𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 regularly for designs. At checkout, you have the option to upgrade shipping based on your timeline needs. With that said, shipping windows are estimates and while usually accurate, only 2-Day and Overnight shipping are guaranteed. Please note, upgraded shipping 𝐃𝐎𝐄𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐓 include production time, it will just move your package more quickly through transit. Upon delivery of your order, please make sure to open it in a timely manner checking for missing or damaged items so if needed, we can correct it immediately. If your item is 𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝, you must reach out within 14 days of delivery acceptance to file a claim. Please keep all packaging included with your order and send the following information:

-Photographs of the damaged areas of the inner and outer contents, to include any labeling on the outside of the box.

-Your name, order number and a detailed description of the damaged contents.
