CANCELLATIONS:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Sweet Carolina Collective, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

DAMAGED ITEM:
If for any reason the item you purchased arrives damaged:
-Email hello@sweetcarolinacollective with a photo of the damaged piece and packaging within 48 hours of receipt.
-Do not discard the box or packing. The carrier may want to come by and inspect the package.
-There are no refunds for damaged items; only replacements.
-Replacements items can be sent at the discretion of Sweet Carolina Collective, LLC and are dealt with on a case by case basis.
SHIPPING POLICY
Sweet Carolina Collective, LLC will ship directly to the shipping address listed at checkout, unless otherwise notified via UPS or USPS. We will also include a Delivery Confirmation number within the USA to your email address provided and insurance is always included. I do not ship to P.O. boxes, so please provide a valid physical address for quickest delivery of purchases.
Sweet Carolina Collective, LLC currently only ship to the US and Canada (by request). If shipping outside the continental United States, shipping rates will vary from the listed shipping price on the item page. Buyers must inform me of the country that they would like items shipped to prior to purchase and will receive a custom shipping quote based on the location shipped to. Buyers are responsible for all duties and tariffs incurred on shipment item.
